Wawel and Old Town is a must-see spot in Krakow, while the Wawel is a beautiful castle itself, the Old Town is also something you cannot miss and most probably you won’t when you’re travelling to Krakow.
Wawel together with Old Town of Krakow is included in Unesco list of World Heritage Sites since 1978 and it’s a very popular spot for tourists from all over the world.
On the picture we have Royal Castle and here is where you will find Jozef Pilsudski (was considered a leader of the Second Polish Republic) and former president of Poland Lech Kaczynski with his wife. Bodies of Jozef Pilsudski (a leader of the Second Polish Republic) and of Lech and Maria Kaczynski (former president and his wife) were laid to rest in the Cathedral’s Crypt under the Silver Bell, seen on the picture.
