War Cemetery from 1920 in Białystok, Poland: Headstones

Photographing the War Cemetery in Białystok was a moving experience. Standing among the rows of unmarked graves, each one a silent tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives, I felt an overwhelming sense of loss and respect. Many of these soldiers remain unknown, their names and stories lost to time. Capturing this image was both a privilege and a reminder of the deep sadness that war leaves behind. I’m sharing this photograph in the hope that others will pause, reflect, and remember these fallen heroes.
