About the Picture

Hay bales found in the field on a foggy day, while I was searching for the fields of gold, hay bales were found instead.

Ok, I was not looking for the fields of gold, however, I was on a trip to find some open spaces and things to photograph on a foggy, cloudy day.

I wanted to photograph these beautiful bales of hay for quite a long time, and when the fog came… I thought it was a perfect time to get out with my camera.

I’m quite sure I’m not the only one out there who appreciate fog and clouds.

They often add this magical element to the photograph and I hope I’m not wrong to call this picture a Scandinavian style, where minimalism is the essence leaving it all to the viewer’s imagination.
