About the Picture
English Bay is a famous and very popular beach found in Vancouver’s Downtown. During summer months it’s full of people, tourists and locals enjoying their day out. Some of them are brave enough to enjoy a swim in the quite cold water of the Pacific Ocean.
This picture was taken on the beach of English Bay, a small lifeguard tower and waterslide which ends in the cold water of the Pacific Ocean.
A picture that will be of use for those in need of something related to summer activities in Vancouver, or topics related to swimming, focused on safety and being alert. Also lifeguard related topics.
Big thanks to every lifeguard out there, no matter if working on the beach, in a swimming pool in a local gym or hotel resort. You guys save lives and it’s very appreciated by us, society!
