It’s not because it’s Saturday, it’s not because it’s raining today but it’s because it’s something important and of value to share with you. Today we are slowing down…
Not only on the streets, even though it’s a place where we all certainly should pay an extra attention and yup, do not speed up, slow down there as well!
The message of today is to slow down in life, in any aspect of it. Our life becomes fast and we tend to loose the grasp of reality. Don’t forget to take time off… anything. Relax into your being and meditate on your being. Take a deep breath in and out, feel yourself, your body and life passing through it. Sometimes when you slow down, you actually get to the unique and special destinations faster, what a beautiful contradiction.
